A wedding is well managed when independent parts don't run individually but in sync. At Event Weddings, you get a dedicated event director to coordinate a well-rehearsed in-house team to manage all your services. This means smoother coordination, consistency and frictionless event operation. 

You don't need to chase up multiple vendors, tell you stories ten times to ten different people, be the middleman to all your separate vendors and knowing that everything is integrated in a streamlined production.

We do not outsource to vendors, but run all operations in-house to ensure:

In saying so, we also allow the flexibility for clients to use external suppliers if required. Clients may take out services and tailor details to suit your needs.

Going overbudget is one of the major challenges when couples plan their own wedding. It is hard to estimate costs at the initial stage, and with unexpected fees, expenses and change in plans the headline rate of any service is rarely the final cost.

Our All-In-One packages are designed to provide clear estimates and potential optional costs from Day 1, and aim to minimise avoidable costs in the earliest stages of consultation.

They say planning a wedding takes 200-500 hours. With an All-In-One package, a complete and well-run wedding can be organised with as little as 10-20 hours of client input. Our all-in-one service is convenient and streamlined, saving you a hundred hours of work.

A major stress factor of wedding planning is not just getting things done, but what else I have to do, and how to do it right. Discovering one thing often leads to more rabbit holes.

We will take you through our wedding planning checklist built on the collective experience of 1000 couples from start to finish so that you don't need to reinvent the wheel.

Just because you're getting your wedding done through a production house, it doesn't mean you lose control of the creative elements. Our creative services including decor & styling come with pre-set designs curated by our in-house stylist, but you also have the option to create your own vision.

Our packages are also flexible, and clients are not restricted from using external suppliers.

The first step to start exploring your venue options is at the WEDDING PLANNING TRIAL.

The Aim of the Wedding Planning Trial is to help you know:
* What happens on your wedding day, hour by hour
* What services you require for your particular venue
* Potential important considerations and risk factors
* Get to know us and see whether or services are suitable for you
* Other interesting information such as ways to save money

It's no secret that wedding planning is extremely time consuming, financially burdensome and generally stressful. The Wedding Planning Trial is to help you start wedding planning with the right foundation. This is a complimentary 90-120 minute free appointment where we will help you start your wedding planning with the right foundation. We will:

(1) Help you defog your wedding vision and help you imagine what your wedding will be like on a hour by hour basis;
(2) help you run through a full list of services that you might need based on your venue and preferences, and
(3) Help you develop an accurate and realistic budget to stick by and discover ways to reduce unnecessary costs. This meeting is free, obligation free and pressure free and is not a sales session.

At the end of the meeting, you will receive a detailed proposal, for you to thoroughly consider in your own time. There is no pressure to pay any deposits or confirm any services in that meeting, and we don't do urgency pricing.

Event Weddings packages are flexible and couples are not required to use all of our services. We work regularly alongside other professional suppliers, allowing clients to mix and match services to suit their preferences and budget. There are generally no restrictions on the use of external suppliers where appropriate.

For services that require a specific Event Director, Celebrant or MC to be present on the day, minimum spend requirements may apply for weekends, public holidays and peak wedding dates.

Greater flexibility is often available for weekday weddings, low-season dates, short lead-time events, or where clients are flexible regarding allocated staff and performers. Before arranging a detailed consultation, we generally prefer to have a brief initial chat to ensure that we are a suitable match and can provide the most appropriate recommendations.
