This is a complimentary 45min chat where we will show you photos, videos, portfolios, menus that is relevant to this venue, and we will also show you other venues that may be suitable for you that might include some hidden gems. After the chat, you may organise venue visits or book these venues yourself, or in some cases we can help you book in the venue.

The Aim of the Wedding Planning Trial is to help you know:
* What happens on your wedding day, hour by hour
* What services you require for your particular venue
* Potential important considerations and risk factors
* Get to know us and see whether or services are suitable for you
* Other interesting information such as ways to save money
It's no secret that wedding planning is extremely time consuming, financially burdensome and generally stressful. The Wedding Planning Trial is to help you start wedding planning with the right foundation. This is a complimentary 90-120 minute free appointment where we will help you start your wedding planning with the right foundation. We will:
(1) Help you defog your wedding vision and help you imagine what your wedding will be like on a hour by hour basis;
(2) help you run through a full list of services that you might need based on your venue and preferences, and
(3) Help you develop an accurate and realistic budget to stick by and discover ways to reduce unnecessary costs. This meeting is free, obligation free and pressure free and is not a sales session.
At the end of the meeting, you will receive a detailed proposal, for you to thoroughly consider in your own time. There is no pressure to pay any deposits or confirm any services in that meeting, and we don't do urgency pricing.
Our wedding packages are flexible and clients do not need to get everything done with us. There is the freedom to use external suppliers where necessary.
If you have already secured a venue and some services, we can start with a WEDDING PLANNING TRIAL.
In this meeting, we can to review what you already have in place, identify any missing elements, and determine whether Event Weddings can assist with individual services or a customised package.
During the consultation we will:
(1) Review your existing venue and supplier arrangements;
(2) Identify any services, gaps or potential considerations that may still need attention; and
(3) Discuss suitable service options, package combinations and ways to streamline your wedding planning.
Following the consultation, you will receive a customised proposal outlining recommended services and pricing for your consideration. There is no obligation to proceed and no pressure to make decisions during the meeting.

Large range of options available for all in-house services, we do not restrict clients from using external suppliers if preferred.
