Our Intimate All Inclusive package is our most comprehensive Services package designed for 10-30 guests, with the option to increase guest numbers. After you have found your venue, this package includes all key service items required for a wedding. This package is also the base inclusion for all Venues+Services Combined Fixed Price Packages, with additions tailored to the inclusions and requirements of the venue.

* 6 Hour Coordination: Full professional coordination coverage for ceremony and reception
* 4 Hour Photography: 1 Photographer continuous full coverage, all photos returned in high resolution, estimated 300-600 photos
* Marriage Celebrant: Full ceremony hosting, PA system and music for ceremony, personalised ceremony script, completion of wedding day legal paperwork, optional completion of NoIM
* Essential MC &  Audio: Professional essential reception hosting, microphone and audio control for ceremony and reception
* Bridal Makeup & Hair: Professional makeup and hair for bride only
* Bridal Gown Hire: Full range hire from Size 4-20
* Groom’s Suit: Full three piece groom's suit hire
* Printed Invitations: 20x 300GSM linen colour print with gold foil envelopes
* Complete Ceremony & Reception Styling Package: Range of ceremony central element choice, carpet, signing table, pew end florals; Reception: Full welcome area with wishing well, welcome sign, seating chart and range of accessories; guest tables with main centrepiece, table numbers, place card menus; long and low bridal table florals for sweethearts table (range of pre-set and custom styling options and upgrades available)
* Bridal Bouquets: Silk floral bridal bouquet and buttonhole hire
* Wedding Cake: Display wedding cake + Side kitchen cake
* Guest Favours: Range of guest favours gifts for up to 30 guests

Additional fees may include but not limited to: Any changes in hours required, upgrades of specification, any changes in additional guest numbers and tables, Staffing fees depending on length of event, Reimbursable parking fees
