Our fixed price styling packages ensures that all key items are delivered professionally and promptly so that your budgets can be kept under control. We have a large range of pre-set styling options with a large number of combinations so that your wedding can be unique without expensive customisation.

Custom styling, luxury styling and fresh floral options available.

Our standard Wedding Ceremony sets include the following:

Preset Reception Inclusions
(1) Welcome area: Welcome sign, seating chart, wishing well, printed photos, tealight candles, guestbook and pen
(2) Bridal table: Matching florals across full frontage of bridal table (4m)
(3) Guest tables: Main centrepiece per table, matching table number, custom place card and menu for each guest

Common upgrade options available
* Welcome area: Wishing well set upgrade / premium foamboard seating charts and welcome signs
* Full backdrops: Preset curtain backdrops, Preset framed backdrops, Custom made foamboard backdrops
* Staging: White carpeting and fabric stage wrap, White carpeting and gloss stage wrap, gloss cake plinth, gloss white dance floor, floor candles; asymetrical arches; floor standing chandelier sets; back of bridal high florals
* Other accessories: Chaircovers and sashes

Custom styling, luxury styling, fresh floral options available

To ensure that reception styling and decoration services can be delivered safely and professionally, the following requirements generally apply:

* A minimum of 2.5 hours setup access before guest arrival is generally required (based on 100 guests); additional staffing may be required for more guests or less time
* A minimum of 1.5 hour pack-down access after the ceremony is generally required.
* Reasonably convenient vehicle access should be available for loading and unloading equipment.
* Suitable parking should be available close to the ceremony location where possible.
* The reception location should be accessible without unreasonable manual handling or transport difficulties.
* Any venue access restrictions, permits, loading requirements or timing restrictions should be disclosed before booking.
* Styling and decoration items cannot not obstruct guest movement, emergency access routes or venue operational requirements.

Additional requirements may apply depending on the location, venue restrictions, complexity of setup and selected styling package.
