We believe that weddings can be highly presentable while being practical and without breaking the bank. Our fixed price styling packages ensures that all key items are delivered professionally and promptly so that your budgets can be kept under control. We have a large range of pre-set styling options that can create over 40+ combinations so that your wedding can be unique without expensive customisation.

General Service Requirements

To ensure that ceremony styling and decoration services can be delivered safely and professionally, the following requirements generally apply:

* A minimum of 1 hour setup access before guest arrival is generally required.
* A minimum of 1 hour pack-down access after the ceremony is generally required.
* Reasonably convenient vehicle access should be available for loading and unloading equipment.
* Suitable parking should be available close to the ceremony location where possible.
* The ceremony location should be accessible without unreasonable manual handling or transport difficulties.
* Any venue access restrictions, permits, loading requirements or timing restrictions should be disclosed before booking.
* Outdoor ceremonies must have a wet weather contingency plan. Decoration and styling elements cannot be in the rain and damage fees apply
* Ceremony start times should allow sufficient setup time without unreasonable rush or risk.
* Styling and decoration items should not obstruct guest movement, emergency access routes or venue operational requirements.

Service Information

We provide one of Sydney's most highly sought after Wedding MC & Event Direcor services. Find out what sets us apart:

As an Event Weddings internal client, gown hire will be discussed in the first (12M) meeting. For efficiency and convenience, we ordinarily would schedule your gown hire together with your makeup and hair trial and/or photography trial service.

Non-Clients must request a Visitor's Pass for a gown trial. We ordinarily have one complimentary gown trial day per month on a weekend day. Timeslots are very limited and are subject to availability. 

1 REQUEST VISITOR'S PASS - For clients still considering a package, or not currently on a package, you may begin the hire process by first requesting a Visitor's Pass by tapping the Whatsapp icon or use the Visitor's Pass Booking Form. This is a private collection primarily for our in-house couples and we are not a bridal gown shop open to public, so Visitor's Passes are limited and we cannot guarantee availability. Our team members will be in touch to see whether we are able to assist and arrange appointments accordingly.

2 BOOK GOWN TRIAL - Gown trials for Visitor's Pass holders may have access to a private 60-90 minute private appointment with our professional stylist. We will help you select the dresses most suitable for you, help you change dresses and advise on styling. You are welcome to bring one to two friends to help with your selection and we recommend visitors to also bring high heels. Taking photos during trials are permitted.

3 Complimentary Trial Day for Visitors: A complimentary gown trial day generally takes place once a month on an allocated weekend day. A refundable reservation fee is charged for each appointment to prevent no-shows with cancellations permitted up to 24 hours before the trial and refunded after the trial. As this is a private one-to-one appointment with dedicated staff allocated, and with very limited timeslots, the reservation fee will be forfeited if no-show occurs, and we will not offer rescheduling for another timeslot. This policy is strictly enforced.

4. Special Appointments for Visitors: Because we are not a gown shop, we generally do not do special appointments for visitors if the pre-set times are not available.

5. Gown Hire Locations: Generally sizes 4-10 are located at North Sydney, and sizes 12-24 are located at Parramatta.

6. SELECT YOUR DRESS / PRICE RANGE - After the trial and you have found something you like, you can put down a deposit to hold the dress for a standard 7 day hire to allow for wedding day and dry cleaning. However, we normally have flexibility for several days before and after the wedding day which can be extended at our discretion to be confirmed before picking up. Our dress prices range from $780-$980 for hire.

7. PICK UP - Closer to the wedding day, we will be in contact about the time and location for the pick up of the dress. The dress will be wrapped up and ready for you to be collected either at our North Sydney location or Parramatta location. The full balance plus a security deposit is also payable on pick up.

8. RETURN - After the wedding day, we would have organised a time and location for you to return in original condition with dry cleaner's receipt. Replacement value minus hire fee is charged in case of damage 

To help us make the most of your appointment, we recommend:

* Review our online gown portfolio before attending and identify designs you are interested in.
* Bring photographs or screenshots of gowns and styles you like.
* Bring or wear shoes with a similar heel height to what you expect to wear on the wedding day.
* Wear light-coloured undergarments where possible.
Consider your ceremony venue, reception venue and overall wedding style.
* Bring key decision-makers if their opinion is important to you.
* Allow sufficient time and avoid scheduling appointments immediately before other commitments.

Bridal gown fitting is a process of narrowing down suitable options rather than simply choosing a dress from a catalogue. Some gowns look very different when worn compared to photographs. Likewise, gowns that initially appear unsuitable can sometimes become strong contenders once tried on. Most brides will try multiple gowns before identifying the styles, cuts and silhouettes that best suit them. The goal of the appointment is not to find every possible option, but to identify the options most suitable for the bride, the wedding and the overall vision for the day.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 
* Not all gowns are available in every size.
* Not every design will suit every bride, body shape or wedding style.
* Certain gowns may no longer be available due to retirement, damage, maintenance or prior bookings.
* Colours and fabrics may appear differently in photographs and in person.
* Availability is subject to booking schedules and fitting timelines.
* While we will provide advice and recommendations, the final decision always rests with the bride.
